The hotel had a beautiful courtyard pool, perfect for relaxation.
Unfortunately, the aggressive upselling of tours during check-in was uncomfortable. I felt pressured, which overshadowed the cute atmosphere I hoped for. On another note, I was disappointed when my wife was approached about finishing her breakfast too soon was good.

Delightful hotel, all of the staff were kind and polite, incredible location close to center. I was on a trip and booked king room with a balcony. The service was amazing, including an easy check-in. Besides, I was able to park outside. Thank you very much for the fab stay, thoroughly enjoyed this place, I would return there.

Perfect hotel Centrally located to main centre. Great location to visit surrounding areas Very friendly and welcoming staff. Dropped us at train station (which was only a 2min walk) when it was raining without us asking. Very polite

The staff were absolutely excellent in every way. They took a lot of time with us, giving us maps, marking suggested sightseeing routes, restaurants, museums, etc. They really made the trip for me. They could not have been more helpful, happy, friendly--offering everything from tea to physical help.

What a cozy spot to relax after a day exploring the nearby attractions! The charming room we stayed in offered lovely furniture and a great view from the balcony. The refreshing pool was definitely a highlight. Breakfast was a treat, especially the chocolate pudding, which I can't stop raving about. It's great that we could easily walk to the castle and basilica, with Ephesus just a short drive away.

We traveled to Selcuk and stayed at St.John hotel to see the various ruins and enjoy the countryside. The hotel was lovely. It was a smaller hotel that had a personal B&B type feel with very friendly and accommodating staff available to assist with any needs of questions we had. The hotel has been open under a year so everything is shiney and new. It used to be a prison, so it has an interesting history. With this said, we can't imagine how much work the owners must have put into it to turn it into the charming place that it is. The beds are comfortable and the decor is tasteful. Sometimes when we have booked hotels online the pictures look nice but don't really represent the hotel accuratly but you can be assured that the pictures on the St. John website are an accurate representation of the hotel's pristine condition. The breakfast had a large variety of options and it was beautifully displayed with fresh squeezed orange juice. We would very much recommend this hotel. We only hope that we can return some day. The owners were wonderful (I'm sorry I don't remember their names) and Menehse, the front desk staff was so fun to chat with and learn more about the culture of Turkey. Thank you so much Menehse. We hope to see you again.
Everything was wonderful. No complaints.

Best choice we had for years. And this is not only because the hotel is so nice, but also because of the atmosphere. Everything you get here makes you feel good! It makes you think to come back one day!

Great staff, made us feel at home, very accommodating, 5 star service.
The location. Aside being a bit hard to find, the neighborhood seemed sketchy (roving bands of youth, groups hanging on the corner, etc). Only place in Turkey ( even Istanbul) where I was actually concerned about safety. That said however, we parked our rental vehicle out front overnight with no problems.

The very friendly inn-keeper and staff tried hard to please us and to make us comfortable. Family run and convenient to the sights. Charming small hotel and excellent breakfast with home-made jams and breads.
Room was very small and limited space to unpack or put luggage. Bathroom is very small.
